The new ZEUS POWER ZXR800/8DSP is more than just a DSP amplifier. With its numerous channels, it offers you either a powerful all-in-one sound solution or acts as an intelligent control center for a customized and complex high-end sound system.

The special thing about a DSP amplifier is its dual function: It combines two devices in one housing. However, with most of these combination solutions, certain DSP channels are permanently assigned to the respective amplifier channels, while the number of freely configurable outputs usually remains limited. HiFonics takes a more innovative approach with the ZXR800/8DSP: The integrated 10-channel DSP can be used not only internally but also operated entirely externally – just as if you had purchased a standalone DSP. This gives you complete flexibility to use 2, 4, 6, 8, or even all 10 channels for external amplifiers. This concept allows for modular expansion of your sound system in several stages – not just as an option, but as a fundamental principle of the HiFonics philosophy.

If only the internal amplifier channels are used in full at first, 8 x 50 watts RMS already offer a wide range of possible applications, even for fully active driving of 2-way front and rear systems. Should a powerful subwoofer with an external amplifier be added at some point, no problem: Thanks to the 10-channel DSP, even when all 8 internal channels are in use, two outputs are still available on the DSP, which are ideal for driving a monoblock. Thanks to the MX-Connect® connection, the ZXR800/8DSP can also be easily connected directly to the car radio via vehicle-specific adapter cables via plug and play.

The absolute highlight is the integrated 10-channel DSP, which allows for the correction of any acoustic irregularities for each channel separately using the parametric 31-band equalizer with adjustable time-lag correction. This allows me, as the driver, to sit perfectly in the center of the music and enjoy an optimal sound experience. Programming is done either via a PC or conveniently using our DSP MASTER app on a smartphone. Thanks to integrated Bluetooth receiver, music streaming is also seamlessly possible – for an even more immersive audio experience.

With the optional HF-DMC remote control, you can not only conveniently adjust the subwoofer volume and master volume, select input sources, and save settings, but also control the currently playing music track.
